Program starts on Monday, as long as you register on this page by Friday 5pm. =) If you miss the Friday 5pm deadline, you'll have to wait until the next Monday to start. After you sign up by clicking the green button on this page, our admin team will process your account and send you a confirmation with the next step once your account is all set. Depending on how many people sign up ahead of you, we typically process accounts the same day *excluding weekends or after office hours.* =)

Three 30 minute sessions per week is all it takes! Our training sessions are focused on creating an after-burn effect that can leave your body burning calories even 24-48 hours after your session. So no need to stop having a life and live inside the gym. =)

Complete with a results based training plan, science backed nutrition plan and a team of full-time coaches that are dedicated to your success. Our proven transformation system has been tested with thousands of adults just like you in our training facilities in El Paso TX, and online with people from many different places. Each time the program is refined and improved to get maximum results. 

In addition to our proven fat-loss group training system and transformation tools, you will have a certified coach to help you customize your nutrition program specific to your needs and in alignment with your goals. Throughout the program you will have ongoing check-ins to get your most pressing questions answered and your program tweaked as needed. You will also have access to our Kick a** support community with all of our coaches and clients.

Our clients typically start to see measurable results in their first 7 days (..some even lose 10 pounds plus in their first week.) Once they start the nutrition plan they will start feeling more energetic, happier and start getting better sleep at night within the first few days.
